Child and Family Service ReviewThe State of Nebraska participates in a federal review of child welfare services provided to children and families. The review is known as the Child and Family Services Review (CFSR) and is carried out by the Administration for Children and Families. The review is designed to help states improve child welfare service and the outcomes for families and children who receive services. There are three phases included in the child and family service review:
Statewide Assessment: (completed during the 6-month period prior to the review)
- On-site review (July 15th-19th, 2002)
- Program Improvement Plan
