  2. Educate youth to be active through a variety of movements - at any time;
  3. Create a social and physical environment that encourages and supports physical activity and healthy eating behaviors;

ARF & KIDS IN MOTION

N-Lighten Kids LogoARF is part of a three-program state-wide Movement called “Kids in Motion” that is designed to keep youth active all year long.  ARF (Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services), N-Lighten Kids (Nebraska Sports Council) and Summer Play Every Day (Nebraska Children and Families Foundation) are three programs with very similar goals.  By partnering, these organizations show their commitment to serving Nebraska youth with FREE and exciting programs.  Participants are encouraged to take part in each program throughout the year.
