|
| Welcome to the All Recreate on Fridays (ARF) Movement! The ARF Movement is designed to help schools, youth organizations, and families motivate Nebraska pre-school, elementary, and middle school-aged youth to become more physically active. This is a free incentive based program for any youth group or individual youth in Nebraska. |
Goals of the ARF Movement:
Who is involved?
ARF & KIDS IN MOTION
ARF is part of a
three-program state-wide Movement called Kids in Motion that
is designed to keep youth active all year long. ARF (Nebraska Department of Health
and Human Services), N-Lighten Kids (Nebraska Sports Council) and Summer
Play Every Day (Nebraska Children and Families Foundation) are three programs
with very similar goals. By partnering, these organizations show their commitment to
serving Nebraska youth with FREE and exciting programs. Participants are encouraged
to take part in each program throughout the year.

2007-2008 Schedule
ARF September 7 through December 21 N-Lighten Kids February 1 through May 1 Summer Play June 1 through August 31
With this exciting partnership, each program will be able to provide more support, bigger incentives, and overall better programs. Great care has been taken to ensure that moving from one program to the next is effortless for coordinators.
