The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is required to file a plan with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services which summarizes the Programs and Services offered by the Social Service Block Grant (SSBG).

To renew its eligibility for fiscal year 2006-2007, Nebraska must submit an updated State Plan by September 1, 2006. The plan differs from the previous years plan in the income allowances that changed due to the Social Security Cost of Living Adjustment.

The current State Plan is available for your review and comments.
