Title 206 Nebraska Administrative Code - Behavioral Health Services

Draft Regulations:

The Division of Behavioral Health Title NAC 206 Regulations (when approved) will replace the PDF NAC 203 and PDF NAC 204 BH Regulations currently in place. (Nebraska Administrative Code)

We are seeking pre-public hearing review from consumers, regions, providers and other interested persons, BH organizations and advisory groups prior to the regs being presented for public hearing.

We value your review, feedback and comments. In order to continue on the regulation approval journey, we would ask that you please provide written comments by July 31, 2008.

Once a public hearing date is identified, the draft regs will go to the Governor's Policy Research Office (GPRO) for review and approval prior to the public hearing. A notice of public hearing will be published. These drafts are pre-public hearing drafts upon which the staff seeks comments.

View the Secretary of State's Website for more about the regulatory review process.

Individuals will have another opportunity to provide feedback at the time of the public hearing - projected for late fall 2008.

In the event you would like to focus your review, here is a general outline of the chapters. Click on the chapter munber to view and download the appropriate chapter.
